Booked the room with my kids for 1 night and had a nice stay. The staff were really friendly and knew their area. The location was particularly good, with Lerpwl nearby, where I could eat.
Some of the staff were quite rude.

The staff is pretty friendly, the room is exceptionally clean. The location is in a marvellous and brilliant spot in arcade. Furthermore, it's so close to the centre and the beach was filthy, and lots of parks for the kids.

Everything there was good. Lovely people working here. A great area, marvellous location not far from the entertainment centre, the beech, and the sea and the sand dunes. For shots visit The Red Lion, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel. Such a great stay on this weekend.

I loved spending time here. I had 7 nights in Southport, spending the time here lovely. The location was unbeatable and good, not far from shop, a lovely Italian restaurant and great things. Also, Ainsdale-on-Sea was just a short distance away. The staff were polite, the room was perfectly clean.

Liked this nice stay that got changed for activities. My room was impeccably clean thanks to the amicable staff. The setting was brilliant, just off the clubhouse and the local shop. Visited Ainsdale Beach, one of the tourist spots, located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.
